My career spans more than 20 years in healthcare recruitment across the UK and Australia. In England I recruited international nurses from Spain, Portugal and South Africa. Back home, I worked for some of the big agencies until 2015, when I opened my own, building it single-handedly from home while raising my two children.

I was born in Chile, and my family relocated to Australia when I was three and a half years old. I know what it asks of a family to start again in a new country, and I know the difference a soft landing makes. That lived experience is where MOR. Relocation truly began.
