I am a purpose-driven entrepreneur and an investor dedicated to building stronger, more connected communities. As the founder of MOR. Healthcare, co-founder of MOR. Relocation, and an investor in Moonlight Baby Sleep, I leverage my expertise and lived experience to help individuals and families transition, thrive, and create a better future in Australia.
With over 17 years of experience, I have guided thousands of nurses and visa holders worldwide through complex migration and relocation processes. My leadership has earned MOR. Healthcare multiple awards, including Best Healthcare Agency in Victoria and Recommended Recruiter, with an outstanding reputation backed by countless 5-star reviews.

MY STORY
My journey began in Santiago, Chile, where I was born before migrating to Australia with my family in 1987. Growing up in Melbourne, and now proudly calling Bendigo, Victoria home, my experiences as a migrant gave me a unique perspective and deep empathy for those navigating change, uncertainty, and new beginnings. These experiences have shaped both my professional and spiritual paths.
In 2005, I moved to London and began my career in international nursing recruitment, working with nurses from the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, and South Africa. Seeing the life-changing impact of a supportive relocation process inspired me to deepen my commitment to helping others transition with empowerment and grace.
Returning to Melbourne in 2011, I continued building this mission through partnerships with leading healthcare agencies, and in 2015, I founded MOR. Healthcare — creating new pathways for international nurses to build fulfilling lives in Australia. Later, I expanded this vision through MOR. Relocation, supporting healthcare workers and their families to settle and thrive in new environments.
Yet, my soul’s journey was calling me deeper.
In 2022, a life-changing accident — a severe head injury and months of recovery — became my catalyst for profound spiritual awakening. It reconnected me to the gifts I had suppressed since childhood: mediumship, channelling, and energetic healing.
Through meditation, spinal energetics, breathwork, and sound healing, I walked (and continue to walk) my own healing path — layer by layer returning to my true self.
Today, alongside my businesses, I honour my soul’s calling: helping others lift their frequency, clear emotional, ancestral, and energetic blockages, and reconnect with their soul’s truth.
I believe success is not just measured by professional achievements, but by how deeply we are aligned with our heart, our healing, and our highest potential.
